THIS HEADSET INCORPORATES CRYSTAL TALK TECHNOLOGY, WHICH MOTOROLA BUILDS IN TO ITS HANDSETS TO HELP IN NOISE-REDUCTION. HOWEVER, THE H12 CANNOT BE DIRECTLY CONNECTED TO THE POWER SOURCE; IT HAS TO BE PLUGGED IN TO A DESKTOP STAND. CALL CLARITY IS GOOD, BUT ITS ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE CONSIDERING IT COMES WITH HEADSET/HANDSET PROFILES ONLY.
